Hi, I'm Amanda and I am attending Shippensburg University. I major in Elementary Education and I minor in Psychology. I love working with children and began volunteering in classrooms when I was a junior in high school. When I was a senior, I worked teaching first-grade students every day after school. During my holiday breaks from college, I am a substitute helper in the school district I grew up in. I have worked with over forty children in many subjects. I can help with math, science, English, and more. My goal is to one day become a first-grade teacher and maybe even become an elementary guidance counselor. Working with children is something I am serious about because I love making their lives a little richer. I strive to help my pupils not only understand the material they are presenting but enjoy it as well. When I am not tutoring, you can find me baking, listening to music, and hanging out with my friends and family. I look forward to helping your child reach their academic goals.
